To develop new advanced sensors to measure water quality, a new test facility has been opened. It's named Sentec and located in the Water-laboratorium Noord (WLN) in Glimmen, The Netherlands.
The goal is to boost the quality and efficiency of the water treatment and delivery system. The results are expected to be implemented in the water treatment plants all over the world.
Sentec is a Sawa project (Sensors and Water) initiative, supported by Sensor Universe, WLN, NOM and water companies Groningen and Drenthe.
